COCONUT AND PINEAPPLE PISCO SOUR

Aihiki's take on an easy Peruvian Sipper. Bright, citrusy and the ultimate refresher. One or two of these and you'll be booking your next flight to Peru.

 

INGREDIENTS

45ml Pisco
25ml Aihiki Coconut Cream Liqueur
15ml Pineapple Liqueur
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
30ml Pineapple Juice
Egg White/Wonderfoam Or Aquafaba

STEPS

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
2. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a glass.
3.Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple flower and an edible flower (viola)
