CASSIA DE CREME

The perfect blend of Coconut Cream, Tequila and Passionfruit. A deliciously easy cocktail. A knockout in flavour and presentation

 

INGREDIENTS

45ml Cinnamon Infused Tequila
25ml Aihiki Coconut Cream Liqueur
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Passionfruit Syrup
30ml Pineapple Juice

STEPS

1. Add all the ingredients in to a shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a glass.

3. Garnish with fresh passionfruit and a cinnamon stick.

Cinnamon infused tequila:
Add one cinnamon stick to 150ml of reposado tequila and leave overnight or until desired flavour is acquired.
